Custom Order Process

1.) Send Your Specifications
If you have technical drawings, pegs, or other references, please send them over as they are highly appreciated. If you don’t have detailed specifications, our qualified staff or designers can help bring your vision to life. We’ll discuss your ideas, draft an initial quotation, and, if needed, create a technical drawing for your approval.

2.) Approve the Quotation & Design
Once the design and quotation are finalized, we’ll require your signed consent before moving forward. For modular cabinetry orders, a site inspection will be conducted before production begins to ensure accurate measurements and a smooth installation process.

3.) Production Begins
Production will start based on the agreed design. Please note that any changes after the quotation has been signed may cause delays, and modifications may not always be possible once production has started.

4.) Complete Payment & Claim Your Order
Before you claim your order, full payment will be required. If there are any specific arrangements needed for delivery, such as subdivision gate fees or logistics concerns, please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
